Jonathan has gained unique experience by successfully applying for the disclosure of records from dentists who had previously resisted requests under
The Data Protection Act 1998 and was able to obtain both the records and the costs of the Court application against the defaulting dentist on every occasion he has appeared before the Court. He has also represented clients at three trials, which can prove a rarity in this field, and so has gained invaluable experience of Court procedure in action. During his time with The Dental Law Partnership, Jonathan has contributed articles to several publications including
Dentistry,
Lawtel and PMILL. Jonathan was also asked to write an article for the May/June 2007 issue of the Young Solicitors Group magazine
PQE.
